Important Participation Guidelines

To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, please note:
Pace: We will be riding at an average speed of approximately 20–24 km/h, depending on terrain and weather. Riders must be comfortable maintaining this pace for the full duration of the distance they will join.
Preparedness: Riders must come prepared with a properly maintained bicycle, helmet, water, nutrition, and weather-appropriate clothing.
Self-Sufficiency: This is a self-supported ride. Please be ready to manage your own hydration, food, repairs, and minor emergencies.
Respect the Schedule: Due to the cross-country schedule, we are unable to accommodate frequent extended breaks. Please be prepared to keep rolling with the group.
Transportation: Participants must arrange their own transportation to and from the start and finish locations.
Transportation will not be provided.Positive Attitude: We are here to support an incredible cause. A positive, team-oriented mindset is expected!
